    Scan the QR code provided to you on the checkout page or confirmation email you received.

    Tap "Mobile Plan".

    Once within an eligible country for your eSIM package, switch Mobile Data to your eSIM:

    • Go to Settings and tap on Mobile Data. In some regions, Mobile Data will be called Cellular — in that case tap on it.
    • On the Mobile Data page, tap on the Mobile Data option at the top.
    • Select your eSIM.

    To turn on Data Roaming for your eSIM:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap on Mobile Data
    • Tap on your eSIM under the SIMs or eSIMs list (depending on software version)
    • Toggle Data Roaming to ON

    Connectivity issues?

    Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network and set the APN to globaldata (all lowercase, no spaces).

    Find Your ICCID

    Your ICCID is the unique identifier for your eSIM. You can find it on the checkout confirmation page after your original purchase, in your confirmation email, or in your device settings under the eSIM details.

    Enter your ICCID on the Top Up page. The system checks your current eSIM status (remaining data, active network) and shows compatible top-up packages with real-time pricing.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Is my phone compatible with eSIM?

    Most phones released after 2018 support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3 and later, and many others. Check your phone's settings for "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan" option.

    When should I activate my eSIM?

    We recommend installing your eSIM before you travel (while on WiFi), but only activate data roaming when you arrive at your destination. The validity period starts when you first connect to a network.

    Can I use my regular SIM alongside the eSIM?

    Yes! Your phone can use both your regular SIM (for calls/texts) and the eSIM (for data) simultaneously. Simply set the eSIM as your mobile data source in settings.

    What if I run out of data?

    Use the Top Up feature to add more data to your existing eSIM instantly — no new QR code or reinstallation needed. Just enter your ICCID, pick a package, and pay. The extra data is applied in seconds.

    Is my data private and secure?
